Behind the chair Rachel is driven by her relationships with clients and is continually inspired by the wisdom she gains from people sharing life’s highs and lows.

Michael owned and operated a highly successful salon in St. Louis for 30 years. Outside of LOTIC you will find Michael spending time with his family and their two dogs. He loves fly fishing with friends and spending long hours on his road bike.
Behind the chair, Michael thrives on building relationships while crafting beautiful haircuts.

Outside of the salon, Cara loves spending quality time with family and making memories together. Cara enjoys shopping, serving at church and embracing her inner grandma with hobbies like crocheting and sewing - keeping her grounded, creative and connected to the people and things she loves most.
Her greatest joy about doing nails is the one on one she gets with clients; it such a sweet time to make new friends and make them feel truly themselves. She loves the creativity it can bring!
